BioHeap - Wholly owned by Western Areas Limited, Bioheap is a bacterial leaching technology designed to separate valuable metals from sulphide ores. Grid Metals Corporation - Western Areas holds a 8% stake in the Grid Metals Corporation based in Toronto, Canada.
