In recent years, revenue growth has increasingly depended on yield per listing rather than sheer volume, especially following recent interest rate fluctuations and tighter market conditions. With the Reserve Bank having raised interest rates in 2026 and indicating that any potential easing is unlikely before 2027, the industry continues to face subdued housing activity. Despite these conditions, digital innovation remains central to sustaining revenue.
